|   Not Ranked : 0 score  Dealing with the tables is the easy part...rewriting the GUI and the USB drivers is the hard part. The USB part is done, but the GUI work remains, as well as lots of bits and pieces that would have to be translated over. It would have been nice if they had done all the software in Java, that ports pretty easy (except hardware interfacing, that can be a real bitch), but the recent security issues with Java makes it better that it wasn't done in Java. Odds are doing this is on a list somewhere, they do have a lot of stuff done already that can translate over. It's just a matter of priorities and time allocation, and it's not going to be something they will put at the top of the pile (and rightly so, and this is coming from a Mac user).
