(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  AP wont load maps Uploaded a new map to my ap.. It was opened first in atr and re-saved. Everything i have done dozens of times before.. But when i plug it into my car it won't load any maps.. I click tune then change map and it says "communicating with ecu" then "loading and verifying map files" then just gets stuck on the cobb logo.. I have unplugged everything a few times, deleted and re-loaded the map, same thing.. I could uninstall the ap, but im worried about not being able to load anything back on.. Im sure this has happened to someone else at some point.. Any ideas? p.s i searched and couldn't find anything.. Thanks in advance.

| Did you recently update your version of AccessTUNER Race? What version is your AccessPORT is it a v2 with the silver OBDII connector/dongle or is it the v2b with the black cable? If its a dongle style, try a new USB cable. That might be the issue there. If its the black cable, it may be a fault with the cable itself. Are you able to flash on OTS mapping? My guess is that this is an issue with the AP and not the maps. Does datalogging or any other featues not work? Travis COBB Tuning |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Did anyone find an issue for this as I'm having same problem. It just won't let me load maps or even view a map to load. I just get a blank screen the after a few attempts says contact support? I am able to set it up to take logs which is strange??

| Not Ranked : 0 score ANY ANSWERS? must be the updated version of ATR or APTUNER fucking up cuz the same exact thing is happening to me..without the map from ATR on the ap I can load maps but with it on the ap i get stuck on the loading screen
