I'm on my 91 map right now but i'll get a good e33 log for you real soon. What repairs? I had to change my spark plugs towards the end of my tune. I was getting spark blowout.

Nothing serious. Just things that need replaced. Coolant reservoir and left drive axle. Boot is torn. But it's not making any noise.... Yet.

i see. I'm trying to get a little more out of my 91 tune honestly. So i was thinking of picking up an XS power v3 exhaust manifold. I'm waiting on the results from damond motorsports focus ST manifold adapter also.

I'm doing it. I dropped the dolla's on an E33 tune!!! Very excited. Waiting in the first map. I need to run my tank down a bit first though. With the miles I drive, it should only take a couple days. I already have a gallon of E in there also.

Hell yeah! You will not regret it my friend! I just got my exhaust manifold on yesterday. Now i'm waiting on some new injector seals to put my PnP intake manifold on and clean my valves. Along with a couple JBR thermal gaskets and retune with a different e tuner. This will pretty much complete my setup from here on. I've got a wedding to save for now so im trying to get it all in haha!

Looks like you have more fun heading your way in be near future.

Yeah I figured that I have been needing a gallon of E anyway to keep summertime KR at bay. So, why not get that extra POWA!

Well. The E33 tune has commenced. Base map, so far. The high was 111 when I took the "high BAT" log and after a 41 mile drive home, to see how it effected my power.

I could always feel that there is less power in the hot temps. But, I had never noticed how big the hit was that a turbocharged car takes, in summertime. A 33whp drop in the afternoon compared to morning. Wow.

I'm guessing the power falloff, past peak, is due to it just being a base map. Can't wait for the first revision. I'm definitely keeping my logging runs during morning hours.

Yea BATs KILL power. I was sitting at an in n out drive thru and by the time I left my BATs were at 194 and the car felt like I had as much hp.

Just got the first revision, warmed her up and ripped and initial 3rd gear log. Diggin' it! It was nice to feel the steering wheel kinda fight with me again. LOL

I was finally able to get a 4th gear pull, this morning. Woooo. If this is only the second revision, I cant wait to see the next. I would really like to see 300whp or more. I know VD is not so great I only use it for "my" power comparison. On my 91 tune, with one gal of E85, my best was 277whp. I'd say 293 is quite an improvement!!! and its hotter out than it was when I did my WOT runs for the 91 tune.

I just got my 3rd revision for my 4gal mix. Haven't got a chance to do my logs yet but I definitely feel faster. Prob FEELS a ton faster than it actually is but that's good enough for me lol.

Makes me wonder why my tq is so low. Besides damn humidity. Mines on rev2 of e33
showing 270's hp 310 tq.

YEah, the DA here has been in the 3k range when i get a chance to pull my logs. this current revision feels a lot stronger.

Got my 2nd revision, yesterday. Ran out for coffee this morning and ripped my usually initial WOT log. I still need to do my 30 or so miles to do my logs for the next revision. Those will have to wait until Friday morning. I am hoping after the car learns the trims that dip will smooth itself out. ....Not sure if that's how it works.

@PurplFox; I'm having a brainfart. What do you mean by "DA"?

Temp 84*, Humidity 65%. I was also VERY low on gas.

I'm still kinda learning about tuning and to read these logs. But Yeah, that's the highest I've seen on my car for sure. I did notice that my high humidity did seem to effect my power curve. its suppose to storm today. Should be lower humidity when I have a chance to do my Logs for the next revision.. I hope.

Look up your DA for your area around the time of your logs. that has a strong relation to the changes we see.

All I can find is the Density Altitude at WildHorse Pass Raceway. 45 or miles away. But the Elevation is about the same. It's 3984.15 ft. Is there a specific site you go to?

I just picked Luke Air Force Base by me. It says 3278ft. Am I using it wrong? hmm. Even if I got it right, I don't know how it effects. I will have to do some reading. I found a link to learn.

Finally, These are "my" two recent Rev 2 logs, in vDyno, I just got to Justin.

I think its just weather factors for sure. My first pull was done on a different day than the second. I always use the same stretch of road and start at the same point. At the same peak point of the blue run (274), the red run was 288. 14whp difference, at that point. The jump to 310 was the timing stepping up to 17 again, I believe.

Did a quick 4th gear sprint, this morning on a coffee run. I still need to do 20 more miles, or so, before I can get my logs to Justin. But, I am pretty pleased. I should be able to get them to him sometime this weekend. I am super happy with how this car feels!!! Not bad at all for starting BATs @ 115. Best I've seen yet, in this car.

This will DEFINITELY hold me over 'til I can get my S4.

Not bad! when I was freektuned I made around 350hp/385tq on an e33 blend with my s4. And about 310hp on straight 91. Currently I'm at 345hp on my 1st revision on an e40 blend after putting in new manifolds. When all said and done i'm hoping to hit 380hp+

Nice, stupid rain as prevented me from catching logs. The cool air is definitely showing.
on the ots i was at the same point as my last logs right at 300hp, i expect this map to be a little higher.

@Atticaz; Do you notice if your rpms hold or bump up during a shift. driving me crazy right now. It's not a lot but it's aggravating. when Justin gets back with me on my logs ill ask him, but don't want to move further down the list.

I am still waiting on my next revision too. Humidity is a killer, huh? my last pull was at 74%. It the coolest out than it has been all summer. 73 degrees out and I only pulled 290 in 4th.
