I actually forgot. It works now. Try forwarding Justin's email to yourself. See if it shows up then. I hate what Google did to gmail.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Pretty much wrapped up my 91 tune on the S4 with Justin. Cali 91 strikes again and we had to dial timing back because of knock. This thing is fun as hell to drive and the boost curve feels so damn smooth compared to the k04. I basically picked up 30hp and 30tq with the S4.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yeah the 91 gas out here is just so damn unpredictable station to station so its best to play it on the safer side. I travel a lot. I'm everywhere and i cant necessarily fill up at the same shell gas station that i know has "good" gas. Oh well. Onto my E85 toon! Knock wont stand a chance!

| Not Ranked : 0 score The s4 is fully spooled by 3900rpm according to my logs. I'd say the s3 is a tad bit quicker. But not by much. Both turbos flow much better than the k04 and you can definitely feel it. They keep on making power all the way to redline where the k04 falls flat. The install was a piece of cake. If you remove the EGR valve, you wont have to remove the exhaust manifold which saves a ton of time. Also if you already have a down pipe installed, that helps too as removing the stock down pipe is a PITA. It can be done in a day but over a weekend is best to give you time. No fab of coolant lines or oil lines was necessary. Honestly the only sticking point i had was because i bought the turbo used, it didn't come with new down pipe studs and nuts. THAT was a b*tch extracting them and reusing them! GO FOR IT!

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Nice man. Good numbers. What's up with the log numbers? I have a v2 also and my pedal position always reads 99 when I'm at WOT. And my open loop reads as .16, where your reads 0. Just found that odd and made me curious and to the difference. I cont wait to be in the 300's.

I do that too. But for me. I was meaning how your pedal position never goes to 99 and your LTFTs read 0, while mine read .16.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I just finished my pump 93 tune with Freektune, it took 5 revisions from the OTS and I have to say there definitely is a difference in power from the OTS to being fully Freeked. The car pulls hard and strong with no drivability issues whatsoever which is important as my car is daily driven. I would definitely recommend going from Freek OTS to a full tune once your at a point in your mod process where you won't be adding more go fast parts. Now for the in tank methanol tune!

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score When my tune was completed, BAT's were about 120 max. Car was doing great, feeling great, running great. Then it heated up to 117 outside!!! KR started getting crazy when BAT's reached 140-150. One day it hit 5.96 and held for the last half of my 4th gear wot pull. It spiked, but then started dropping. It had dropped to 1.4 by the time I let off. I have not seen it that high ever and never again since then. But, I was still getting wacky KR numbers in the 2's very frequently in part throttle and as high as 2.5, with 140+ BAT's. I was told by a local Nator member to pop a gallon of E85 in and see what happens. So I did. KR disappeared. There were only few blips of .3's and .7's here and there. After 25 or so miles of testing her out; easing into the power, I got brave. I reverted my tune to an earlier revision, that had more boost and blasted out 3 pulls with High BATS... two 4th gear and one 3rd. one blip of .3 in all three runs!! Fuck you 91 Oct!! I did a morning wot pull the next day. I was VERY PLEASED. the car has been a joy to drive. E is magical. Now I want the E85 tune. You guys weren't kidding. ***Log names contain the starting BAT numbers. The VD is from the morning run. Side not: Yesterday, when I got home, I noticed my coolant reservoir was bubbling like crazy. I'm pretty sure its the high temps and the crack in my reservoir that's doing it. I have new reservoir coming and used JB Plastic Weld to, hopefully, hold it over. waiting for it to cure. Fingers crossed that the head gasket isn't toast. I have no smoke, care has full power (evident by VD, below) and cylinders are dry.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm shedding my noobish ways. Curious form when I get this tune... How exactly do you go about filling up, to make sure you have the correct mix? If the tank is about empty to put the 4 gals of E85 in first, correct? And what if you are almost empty but have a 1/4 or 1/2 tank? How will I know how much to mix, without having to go full-on math wiz?

| Not Ranked : 0 score There's fuel mix cheat sheets on the forum. You'll have to know how many gallons you can fit typically you just fill up when you're low. Start experimenting now with regular and write down how many gallons you can put in at different intervals.... Don't ever expect to top off on an e85 tune but you can get real close

I'd love to see your final revision vdyno pull, if you have one. I'm excited for my E33 tune. I need to do a few repairs first though. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
