Question Locked Freek Tune Map




I received my first tune from Justin a little less then a week ago. When I tried flashing the tune it wouldn't let me select it saying it was locked to the Accessport, I know Justin is really busy and all but I contacted him about it hoping he could help me get everything sorted so I could send him the logs he requested, I still have yet to receive a reply from him. I tried uninstalling the Accessport from the car completely and then re-installing it but that didn't work. It seems like it's a problem with the tune itself unless I'm missing something here. Has anyone had this kind of problem before? I've tried searching if anyone else has had this problem but I haven't found anything like this.

Justin is a very busy guy, trust me! he does plenty of tunes everyday. Normally he answers emails on friday, at least that's how it used to be. Did you give him the serial number of your AP, because if you didn't, thats a most info you have to give him, in order for you to upload it and flash it on your AP. Hopefully you are able to solve your problem soon.

Try sending him a Facebook message or, if a number is listed on his website, call him. Probably just a typo in the serial number.

I did indeed give him my serial number to my Accessport, I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait till he responds.

I contacted him only once through email cause I didn't want to swamp the guy seeing that he's already busy. I'll just have to wait for him to get back to me so I can get this problem resolved.

I would keep trying to contact him. This should be a very quick fix. The sooner you get that basemap loaded, the sooner you can get him the datalogs for revisions.
