Haven't heard from Justin in almost 3 weeks since I sent him logs, on fourth revision. Anyone having the same problems? Justin - where you at?! WANTMOREPOWER

Checked like 5 times already and PM was sent. Bummed because I've only heard good things about him and 3 weeks with no communication is really pushing it :/

Sorry for any delays. But the only way anyone has been waiting that long is repeated emails bumping the email chain. Even after going away to enm. I'm no more than 3 business days out from any emails

Logs sent on 4/11. Just resent. To be honest, I just got addicted to getting each map, then logging and being blown away by what I thought my car could do (and repeating that process every few days). Look forward to the next one

It's all good man. I'm not sure if it's gmail server or what. I literally get lit up with emails everyday.

I can assure you. I live in my inbox all day everyday. So I fire back maps and emails as quickly as possible.

Just reviewed your logs that came in yesterday afternoon and fired a map back

Typically the longest delay is 3 business days. If you are ever waiting longer than that, feel free to send over another email.

You do realize that multiple emails bump you on the list right? Because it all feeds into the same email grouping / combo. Which has been stated before the 29th was Friday, which means it's really only been 1 business day, Cool your jets. What's with people being so anxious these days

what i meant was, emailed him on the 27th.....and i PM'ed him on the 29th. been having serious issues with emails getting to him, if i use my yahoo account... the come back as unsent stating (can't send spam). if i use hotmail account, i got an auto message back like when you first buy a map from his website.....and i was replying to an email he sent me.

I'ts so much of a being an anxious thing, more of making sure my messages/logs/questions.etc are being delivered, so i'm not waiting for 3 weeks for something that never went through. I am well aware of the email bump list.

This thread should be closed or deleted. OP had an issue and he worked it out with his tuner but now this seems to have turned into a "contact Justin" thread. I'm sure the guys busy with emails so being mentioned in this thread by every brownie who hasn't received an email from him in 24 hours is probably annoying.
