I don't think it is(but I could be wrong) . I thought the 93 ots tune payment would apply towards full 93 tune and then you'd have to pay for aux tune on top of that.

That's correct. If you ordered a 93 ots plus tune and then wanted to upgrade to a full tune. It would go toward the 93 tune.

You don't need internals for an ots plus tune as long as you are crazy modded with a downpipe or something crazy like that. Haha. But with just an ots plus tune with stock car or even intake only you can see significant gains

I already ordered the internals haha. I sold an old paintball gun on craigslist to pay for the Autotech internals. So I'll probably be hitting you up for an OTS+ after I get them installed, then the full tune down the road

So the first revision wasn't too bad. The only thing I noticed on the downside was I'm getting a bit of KR now but that's mainly due to my high BATS I'm pretty positive (99% sure). Other than that I think ignition table mods have also increased it a bit but it was a necessary evil because I'm hitting slightly above my boost targets and settling closer to where it should be. Good trade off in my opinion Extremely happy with FREEKTUNE so far although I wish Justin wasn't so damn popular so when I send him logs I don't have to wait too long haha.

Did quite a few runs to try and get the smoothest data for him which is something I highly recommend. I've run logs before (long time ago) and knowing the importance that if you send shit you may get shit back, is all the difference. If you have never run these parameters / pull criteria before, ensure you have the environment to do it in and that you capture as close as possible to what he needs

Justin, would performing an EGR delete right now ruin everything? Or is it something you can easily compensate for? I am looking towards mitigation fixes for high bats... Which are inescapable down here :/

So, I'm trying to decide about the tune and hopefully hear some thoughts from Justin. What i have now is upgraded stock turbo with bigger inducer and all bolt-ons. My plan is to add meth to keep BATs down in florida summers, but it will be awhile before I piece my kit together. From the tune I'm looking to get not peak performance, but a good balance of power, response and reliability as I need to make stock block last as long as possible.

@Justin@Freektune; is the best. Not even 24 hours after I put in an order for a tune I get a reply with a base map. The car feels so much better now, idk why I waited so long to do this. Once I get my DP I will definitely be purchasing a full tune.

Justin what's the difference between doing OTS 93 map plus OTS e85 map ($150) VS. full K04 e-tune with e85 aux tune ($275)? What kind of difference can I expect for extra $125?

I started with an ots and upgraded to a pro tune and it is a wonderful thing. Just started the e85 tune and it is a world of difference. Do it!!

He is busy indeed. I just got my base map a couple hours ago. It took about 2 and a half days. I sent a couple retarded emails to him which he probably found annoying. Just let him work and he will get your map to you within 2 to 3 days

Default Has anyone tried the OTS plus map(s)?

All base maps are being sent out near the tail end of the guideline due to the Black Friday madness. Haha. One issue I'm running into is guys not responding to the confirmation email and losing a fair amount of time trying to track people down each morning. Lol. I flashed my freek ots+ map an hour ago. I don't even see how it could need a revision. Definitely feels like how other freek customers describe it. Smooth and powerful and this is only the fucking base map?!

I did a 4th gear WOT pull and it pulled harder than ever. I mean a really noticable difference. What the hell would a full etune be like? All I know is this next revision is going to make me very, very happy.

Ok, looks like I was right. I'm very, very happy with this revision. Some "small" changes to the ignition curve have made for some "BIG" improvements. I did a log this morning and holy christ it pulled harder than ever. Unfortunately I left the traction control on like a moron so I had to throw that log out but tomorrow I won't forget to turn it off.

TR8 will fit without modifying the crash bar, you can mount it directly under it. TR10 will either require an aftermarket crash bar or one entirely removed. If you're goals aren't much more than the s4 power capability in the near future the Tr8 will suffice for what you are doing.

Tr8 even in the texas heat should still be pretty efficient, if you're not running supplemental fuel you won't be pushing that turbo too hard or near it's max which is still far less than the Tr8 is rated for.

I live in Cali and it get's extremely hot and humid here as well. I have a Tr1045 it's rated for 850ish if I remember correctly and it does well and I'm on the border of it's limit.

Tr8 fits with stock crash bar in a pu? Sweet! Here I thought it was only the tr6 that fit with the crash bar. Super excited. Back on topic. Glad to see guys are loving the ots + map, I got mine at the beginning of the summer as I've said before definitely some of the best money I've put into my car to this point! If anyone is on the fence do it, Justin is the man!
