| Not Ranked : 0 score Mine was completed earlier this month. I was running the s-ots that comes with the JBR tip/sri before and was seeing some numbers on logs that were not comforting. While its not significantly faster (im on stock internals currently), the Freektune OTS+ is way more linear, stable, and consistent. The peace of mind and performance bump is absolutely worth it. I will be hitting Justin up for a full tune once I get my tmic, dp, and internals later this fall. My average gas mileage has been 19.5 since the tune.... entirely due to me driving like a crazy person, and the fact that my work commute is all fun twisties. | Not Ranked : 0 score Love this thread. For those that have gone from OTS+ to full tune, would you recommend starting OTS+ or go full tune. I'll be getting AT internals and DP soon and wanted a full tune once that happens, but I'm itching to try an OTS+ map now. Car currently has a TIP and CAI with a cobb stage 1 tune. So, OTS+ now, and full tune later; or just wait for full tune?? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Just got my first Map today personally installed by Justin. My AP was slow as molasses but we got through it. He also installed my internals. Had a good time hanging out with the Freek and his cousin for a few hours today. I could feel the difference immediately. I haven't logged anything yet but driving home on the windy back roads of NH was proof enough. Definitely worth doing. |

It was a pleasure meeting you today and getting some work in on your car. Once you are able to grab some logs we can make some nice adjustments to dial her in a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I didn't ask anything about his tunes having results I have a couple of friends who have his tunes so I know they do. And I know their are a lot of attributes involved but I'm trying to see what the difference is drag strip wise to a cobb ots map so you answered none of my questions haha | |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I've seen guys run 14's and others run low 13's on them. A lot goes into running the car down the track, and it starts in the drivers seat. (you can run mid 12's with slicks and only a 105ish trap speed) For every 10hp or so, you should be able to pick up .1, so I would say comparing it to a tune that makes 20 less hp, you should technically be about .2 faster.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Well first impression from the base map I just received was that it was incredibly smoother than the Cobb maps. Every Cobb map I tried out was very choppy and started out with hanging revs with a really rough / stalling idle. This first map is NOTHING like that. I ran 2 of the 3 logs so far and am very impressed with how smooth the base map is running already. Looking to see how the adjustments turn out once I finish my logs and send them in!

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yea it's definitely the maps IMO. Feels much better WOT. I had a slight hang up mid range but it is the first map and the first WOT I performed so it was definitely expected and could have been anything. I'm running 93 down here in South Florida and it's over 93 degrees too everyday so I always have high temps to compete with . The Cobb maps for me over the past 2 months have been very hangy and choppy, and my car is Cobb-outfitted so if anything they should be synced to their own specs but they are not. So far I would definitely recommend the OTS+ from Justin and will post more as this process continues.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I'm really looking forward to getting a full freektune down the road (still have sri, tip, tmic and internals left to do). I just just picked up an AP, so my question is are the internals necessary before I get an OTS+? I am going to do them soon and I'm stock right now other than a Magnaflow cat back. I would just rather use a tune better than the cobb OTS one until I get a few more parts on, then get the full tune. |

Once I get the ots+ I'm gonna set up a full ethanol tune next month.. as long as my clutch doesn't shit the bed before then. Looking forward to hearing how it turns out after your revision. I'm pretty close to fully bolted on now, so I'm finally ready to get the tune. My suggestion is at least wait until you do the internals. It will be worth it. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Plus you won't get the same wow factor from a tune that you would really want because you can't really push even stock components on stock HPFP internals. SOME speed3s have been able to up their boost and power levels on stock internals but who knows for how long? I know driving 100 miles a day I wouldn't chance it... But if I had 25k miles on a 5 year old car then maybe I would because I might not drive it enough to experience zzb lol. The hardest part is trying not to get sprayed in the face with the fuel haha. Other than that it's a really simple install. I had more issues fitting my TIP in than doing the pump.
honestly the "deal" is a bargain! Great tuning with solid support by reviews and at a fraction of the cost of other entities and of course a dyno tune. The fact that the OTS purchase is applied towards a full tune price later down the road was the kicker for me.

| In the Cobb install video, they want you to pull a fuse so it can start the car and wait until it dies so there wouldn't be fuel there.

| Not Ranked : 0 score My 07 speed6 is sitting at 59k and is basically stock except for my catback. I know I can't push that much on the stock internals, I was just more asking if its even worth getting the OTS+ if I can't get the internals in for the next month or so. Don't worry about me and ZZB, i've done my research haha. I guess I could always be irresponsible and just charge the internals to my credit card..... |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I'm curious, when I get my ots tune for 93 will it be applied to the full tune I'm getting for an ethanol tune? That would be amazing if that's the case Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yea the fuel thing... Did that. Been working on aircraft and cars for a long time. Pulled the fuse, started the car, let it die, tried starting it again, no fuel... Pulled the line and SPLASH! Still residual pressure haha. It happens. Only part I disliked as everything else was fairly straight forward.

| Not Ranked : 0 score You'll have to ask Justin but it says if you're getting an ethanol tune that they'll provide a 93 too. Although it sounds backwards process wise as to what you're doing, I'm sure if you talk to them they will work with you. In fact, I think going full tune you cod pretty much do a full build after your OTS and the OTS purchase will still be applied. Don't quote me though... This message or its content lol.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Lol... Yeah, I'll ask him before I purchase. I'm going to be running the ethanol all the time, and 93 when I'm in a situation where e isn't available. Figured I'd just do the ots for 93 to get something started, and as a good backup. If the ethanol tune comes with a decent 93 base than I guess I would just do that then. I really need to hit Justin up soon so I can figure out what I need to do. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
