Has anyone tried the OTS plus map(s)?

No problem at all. I just leave that little buffer of a window as some days I have to either work on the dyno all day, or finish builds as parts come in

Brand new to this forum but have had my MS3 for 5yrs. This is actually my first post on MSF but I think I'm starting it off right haha! Just ordered my e-tune today and I'm really excited to breathe some new life into my car.

All the reviews about Justin and Freektunes have been overwhelmingly positive so it made it a no-brainer on where to get a tune. Looking forward to working with Justin and the power!

I just realized (3 days later) that I had to respond to the confirmation email that I received immediately after purchase. Now I'm hoping to have the map by tomoorow for my install. FNG

Just put in an order for an OTS+ map. Once I put on my DP and RP this week I will upgrade to a full tune! I'm looking forward to working with Justin!

I've been rocking my OTS+ map for a little over a month and have no tune related complaints. Driveability is as expected for something with this much work behind it.

Only problem (if you can call it that) is that my 93 only tune is now faster than my previous 25% E85 OTS was so or course I want to go to an E blend freektune in the near future.

Do you let the customer select the blend or do you have a set percentage you prefer?

ots MAP just ordered from freektune in preperation for my DP being isntalled on thursday I'm excited!

Edit: got my ots + map from Justin on Thursday just after my DP went on so drove a little with the cobb stage 2 map before I loaded freektune, the difference is night and day the car feels so much better! Don't get me wrong the DP alone wales up the car. Cobb's ots map is nothing compared to Justin's if anyone has any doubt's and doesn't want to get a full tune as previously stated in this forum by Justin and other members get the ots map from Freektune it's well worth the money

I actually got his intake today. We met halfway in Grapevine. This tune might be my last, if i don't have the balls to run some maíz lol

Its not hard if you have it nearby. Once you go maize, you never go back though

It would be two separate maps of you wanted it for two specific fuels. My recommendation is just tune it for 91 if that is what will mostly be in there.

@AnubisFSU; I did an OTS+ map for 91 octane as husky is the only place that sells 94 that I know around here (unless you know other ones) and I don't want to be stuck needing 94 when there is none around.

I would recommend any OTS+ map. Speaking specifically about Freektune I have been very pleased with the results the map I am has much smoother power delivery with a definite increase in power.

Just did my logs for my initial freek ots and had about 20 more hp compared to the cobb ots I was running! cant wait for the revision. With my very minimal bolt ons I was excited to see 275/290 on crappy california 91

I feel the HPFP internals should be one of the first mods for your speed3 if you plan to add power, if not its always going to be a limiting factor and failure risk since you are putting more demand on an already close to maxed part from the factory. Just upgrade and give yourself the peace of mind.

They are not needed, but recommended. I would get a monitoring device like the AP before installing hpfp internals though so that you can verify pressure is good after.

When the tune, and or AP are ordered I custom make the map for your mods, so if hpfp is stock, then it will be a map made for that which is typically a 16psi map.

Thank you-makes sense. If I get HPFP internals installed at the same time as AP (or before), what would be target PSI for SRI/test pipe/internals? Just curious

I wouldn't be able to do that for an option. Thats $100 off the price and I already include a $75 tune with the AP.

Before I grab a OTS from you, I wanted to install an HPFP. I just grabbed on from RPM. Do you install them? I'm somewhat local.

My OTS+ map is officially complete. I am happy with the results, and feel safer than I did running the Cobb Stage 2 tune I was previously running. My LTFTs are within +/- 3, and car pulls strong.

Justin is professional and responds to emails pretty quick considering how busy he is. Based on my mods I should probably get a full tune, but still debating on whether or not I want to get a DP first.

The OTS+ option, suited my needs well, and I believe that is what they are meant for.

Just curious how yall MPGs are on these OTS+ tunes are. my current not freek, is a constant 21, I would expect a little better than that.
