I hear ya, I was looking through mine and everything looked amazing right off the bat. No KR anywhere, I'm trying to figure out how he's going to improve on it!

I have more KR than I'd like. His base map only made 225 whp on vdyno for me, so I'm hoping for big improvements

But how accurate is Vdyno, I haven't even tried that, it feels very good to me but I have no idea how much power I'm making. What PSI are you boosting to?

ran more logs tonight and got 255 twice which is much better. BAT's were down 20 degrees compared to prior runs. One log was with "bad" gas, then I filled up with shell 93, ran another. Same power curve and peak numbers, but the logs with shell had much less knock. I told Justin when I sent my original logs I wanted to upgrade to a full tune, so this shouldn't be a big deal. Glad I figured out what it was and the car is making ok power on the base map.

Vdyno isn't all that accurate by itself. You use it more to gauge changes.

Call ups with the slip and complain, my gf works for a service and the other drivers are always complaining about the ones who do that, they'll could actually get written up. What's the worst that happens? He keeps not ringing the bell? I usually just set all my packages to hold for pickup so I don't have to deal with the slips

got my revision. took a log. Numbers seem pretty low, but the tune looks safe.

I'll grab a couple more and see if anything changes. If not, guess I'll ask about it. Hoping V Dyno is full of shit because the car feels like it pulls hard

Got mine today as well, it feels amazing, Really suprised me powershifting and being able to break the wheels loose in 3rd I also trust Vdyno as much as I trust the tap water in Mexico. Wanna get this thing on the dyno, wanna see what I'm putting down.

Also VERY happy

The VD should be pretty accurate at cf 1.01 and smoothing 3. Road is flat. There was like 10 mph of wind which might affect something, not sure to what extent. I will try again.

Edit: So V Dyno is full of shit. 4th gear dyno, same road, same direction, same temp, same wind, and 278 hp.

It's why I don't use the software anymore. Unless you can lay down several logs and have them over lay identical. You're just going to pull your hair out chasing numbers. Haha.

Happy to hear the recent feedback on the ots plus maps though, and glad you guys are enjoying them!

Fuck Vdyno, I've done 3 back to back runs previously exact same stretch of road all the data looked identical such as BATS etc. They had 3 different vdyno readings of 460whp, 420whp and 500whp.

My Virtualdyno numbers are horrible (under 240), but the car feels good. I don't worry too much about the numbers.

I got mine earlier but haven't had a chance to flash it. This thing rips on 93. I took another log for fun and looks like 3rd gear wheelspin or something. So E85 will be interesting.

Made a couple changes. Ditched su RMM for diamond, upgraded to V3 ap, and swapped cpe tmic for ETS because the cpe was genwon. Weather was high 60's

The car was RIPPING on 93. Felt way faster than before. Burned off enough 93 to mix e85. flashed the e85 map and.... Well... Jesus. This thing PULLS

Default VDyno

hi guys,
While logging and testing on my own i have noticed an interesting issue with vertual dyno. Your maf calibration effects the numbers BIGTIME. The calibration for Injen cai was showing way more hp than actually there it seems. While using a cob sri the vd numbers are very very close to actual dynotech numbers. I just had my car dyno'd at granite state dyno and got 309whp/326tq. The 4th gear pulls on VD the previous days were very close 300-320whp variance (ambient temp differences). BUT the torque from VD seems to be at least 10 pct higher on average than actual dyno numbers. Just wanted to point out some facts i discovered.

I hope to get a dyno tune for my S3 turbo next spring from Justin. New England Dragway look out!

There's a reason why vdyno is only used to give you an "idea" of what you are making not actual numbers, this is nothing new.

I haven't even ever paid attention to vdyno.

After the OTS+ revision, I did half a dyno (like 3k rpm to 4.5k) before a deer jumped out ahead and I left off/braked. It said I was making 448 whp

Theres no way with a bolted ms6 with a ko4 on its last legs, catted dp, and stock tmic haha
