Oil Drain Line Flange pre-buy

Okay, you guys asked for this, and now you are getting antsy, so we want to get these out ASAP. As a good favor to the MS6 community from DM, let us present our Oil Drain Line Flange.

This is for the flange that mates to the block and the -10AN 90 ORB fitting that goes into the flange. Depending on how well these do, we may offer a full line and fitting kit, but for now we want to get the most crucial components out, so you can run with it from there.

Price is going to be $95 Free US shipping. That includes the flange, and this ridiculously expensive fitting. We’ll also be offering the flange and fitting separately for $35 and $60 respectively. Note: we grind the washer down on the fitting, as to clear access for the bolts.


Pre-buy is open now, and closes in 1 week, so order ASAP. We’re doing a first round of 20 of these, if there’s more than that many people in the pre-buy, we’ll be getting more. Estimated delivery is 2.5 weeks. I’d say “2 weeks” but then you guys would never get this kit.

It does. You can re-use the stock ones, but we include allen bolts.

What kinda gasket is used between block and new flange? Stock type?

If you look closely at the last pic, you can see the washer between the mounting plate and the 90 degree fitting is shaved to allow the Bolts to line up properly. It's common to shave washers especially in a trial run. I am sure if these become popular Damond Motorsports will custom make their own washer.

Glad you were able to get it.

For anyone else in a similar situation, your best bet is to buy the flange now, and buy the fitting when you're ready. You can buy the fitting yourself, and modify it. It's an available P/N from XRP (currently on amazon for ~$60), and taking the washer diameter down is nothing to be afraid of.

We'd rather not delay release, as there are people with builds coming up very soon that would be upset.

I bought this flange and the 90* adaptor. i will be installing a BNR s3 soon and am wanting to go ahead and do the return line at the same time. can anyone give me a parts list i will need to build the return line for the BNR so i can get it ordered? also does anybody know the exact size hose that goes from the bottom of the turbo to the TC?

What is your reasoning? I think i have a small leak at the block flange as it is a little wet around it. i am installing the kozmic feed line as well, so figured i'd do both and be done with it.

Probably easier, unless you have the engine out. But if you still want to pursue it, a 45* and a 30* AN fittings worked for my mockup, got them from Treadstone.

ya i've read that it is a PITA with the engine and TC in place, but still possible. what flange did you use for the turbo side?

This one, I don't like the slotted holes as you can get the flange off center so make sure to install it on the turbo while the turbo is out.

Doubt it will clear. I bet it's fine without a fitting but once you put one on it's probably too long.

Got all shipped out today!

It was a fun rush, as my UPS guy delivered to me at like 5:45, and I had to be at the post office before 6:30.

Remember to use some oil on the threads of the flange when installing the fitting! For those who ordered the ORB fitting, remember to tighten the jam nut on it when installing into the flange. We also included a couple allen bolts with the flanges.

Any questions when you guys get it, feel free to ask!

When is the next batch of these being made? I just decided to get a GTX turbo for the MS6 so I no longer can use my stocker like I planned to do with the BNR S4...
