Default Refurbished OEM Wheel option

I had a bent rim and thought about aftermarket rims but decided to keep the oem look. Anyway, I got to searching around and found this seller on ebay(worlds_of_wheels) that refurbishes oem wheels. I ordered the wheel Monday evening and it was mailed out Tuesday and was delivered today. After looking it over I'm real impressed with the finish, if I didn't know better it looks like a brand new factory wheel. The price was 190$ shipped. I priced a few new wheels from various online mazda sellers and the best I could find was 472$ plus shipping. I just thought I'd pass this on, I searched around and didn't find any threads on this.I'll come back and update after I drive it a while to see how the finish is holding up.

you can pick up a full set of OEM wheels for ~$300. Unless your other 3 are absolutely perfect I wouldn't spend that on one when so many sets are available for not much more

Yeah, saw something similar as the OP about 6 months ago when I fucked up my one rim. After looking around saw that I can get PU rims for like $350 local and just bit the bullet for the additional $160 and got 4 new rims. Now I have 3 back ups which I'll need because fuck PA roads.

OP, rim looks good though. I always approach Ebay stuff with caution but looks like this was legit.

For that 200 bucks you could have just had your rim fixed. I'll bet the one you bought looked just like your bent one at some point. Maybe have it fixed as a back-up?

The new one looks nice and clean though!

How well does the color match your original wheels?

Where do you get a set of new wheels so cheap?

The new rim matches perfect and was flawless. My other wheels are in great shape so there wasn't no reason for me to buy a whole set. I'd say if someone has good wheels and one gets bent this would be a great option to get a like new wheel for just under 200$. They also included a pre payed shipping label to send the old one back and get 20$ credit if it was in good enough shape to use, so that would bring the total to 170$ after that credit. I elected to keep my bent wheel in my shed. Like someone above said though, if all of your wheels look like crap finding a new set locally if possible would probably be the best option.

It's been over a year and wanted to come back and give a short review on them. I put this wheel on in march of 2016 and it's holding up great. The finish is still as good as it was in the above photos and the wheel still doesn't have 1 chip on it.
So, for a person like me that likes the stock wheel and may have messed 1 up I'd say this could be a good option.
