Default What tuning file should I choose?

Hello you guys from Versatuner,

I've bought the Versatuner software and noticed that in the predefined tune files appeared a new tune file version marked 1.06 (released in November 2016), but when I click the "edit" button on this tune file I receive the following message: "Supplied tune file has an unsupported version".
Should I try to install / flash this version on my car or should I stick with the older 1.03 version?

Thanks a lot for the quick reply, I'm waiting for your answer in order to begin my tuning.

Please use the 1.03 file for now. A new update will be released very soon to enable the use of the 1.06 tune. I apologize for the missed timing of the release.

Thanks for the hint Steve, looking forward for the update to 1.06 - I suppose that you will send me an update link or something like that by e-mail.
Yesterday I've installed the 1.03 version and drove the car lightly for around 10 km, but didn't noticed any clear difference in the car's behaviour - could it be that for around 30 km the car is still learning it's new parameters, like described in the Versatuner tune file wizard?
Anyway, can you please tell me how can I verify if your version of software is installed on my car?
I'm asking this because during the installation process, in the first stage (backing-up the original software), I touched by accident the USB end of the Versalink cable and the process failed (I received a message like "no connection to the car" and I had to start all over again. After that I didn't move the laptop and everything was fine, at the end of each phase I received the message that the software was installed, but I want to make sure of that and this is why I'm asking where / how can I check what tune version is installed on my car.
Thanks again for the help!
