The other way around. So it thinks the clutch is up sooner and switches to normal timing sooner. The clutch mechanically engages sooner than the CPP sensor. The screw allows you to get them in sync.

Seems to be working fine without adjusting anything. Blows off all 4 on my all seasons on the street at 6100. Just had to get used to launching with this clutch. Takes a bit of slip before really grabbing.
