(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Looking to Reduce BAT's-Meth Injection or FMIC? Hey MSF! Car is primarily a DD which attends around 10 track events per year. Fully bolted with CST4 tuned very conservative by Nishan. Runs very well, throttle response is good, lag minimal, BAT's hold 15-18* from ambient IAT's and I enjoy the functionality of the hood scoop. But, when it's an 85*+ track day I'm choking back 100*+ BAT's and that's not cool... Options considered are getting a FMIC + front bumper mod or throttle spacer + meth. Goal is to squeeze some more reliable performance for reasonable cost. Relocating the mass of the IC and reduced BAT's are positives for front mount. Top mount has very short piping and half the weight, but it's on top of the engine... Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
