(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Weird problem - engine in a few seconds turns itself off Hello everybody, i believe you could help me... I have Mazda 6 MPS 2006 with a weird engine problem: Cold start is ok, engine is running about several minutes, when it get a little bit warm, then "dies" (turns itself off). I can start it again withnout problems, but after a few seconds engine dies again. Then again, and again... Engine goes into high revs without any problems (when is running)... Anybody idea, what could do this problem? - tank is in a half - cranshaft sensor replaced - throttle body replaced - air mass sensor replaced |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Yes, I have Delphi (Autocom) diag tool. No DTC errors. Something to focus on measuring data? Now, after almost 20h engine runs about 5 min mins and then died again. Then start, engine runs 15s, suddenly no reaction on gas pedal and engine turn itself off... |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Gonna have to Accessport and log because with as many things as it could be we'll all waste tons of time and probably your money trying to figure it out. Just for shits I'd check your fuel pump and anything you replaced before it started acting up Secondly, want to post an intro? |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score SOLVED  Fuel Pump resistor - located under the air filter box. A lot of corrosion and overheat, cables damaged. I´ve just tried to bypass this resistor - just connected these two wires together. Everything seems to be OK now, 45km driven and no more problems at all... Pictures attached |
