Question Silicon radiator hoses?

Any reason these would not be the same as the hoses that we've all seen for $100+? Sure look the same to me.

all comes down to ply. Didn't look at the link but see how many plies it is vs. the expensive hoses. The more plies the better for holding shape. Only other difference would be actual fit. Some of the chinese companies have good quality, but crappy fit as they just try to copy other hoses instead of measuring and fitting the car itself. that being said I've had several good results buying the cheaper chinese hoses for different applications.

If, in fact, the hoses listed in that Ebay post are what they are selling, they are not the correct hoses (may just be a generic pic but they reference "as shown"). Should look like:
Mishimoto Silicone Radiator Hose Kit RED Mazdaspeed 3 2007-2009 - EdgeAutosport.com

5-ply is kind of the standard for quality hoses. 3ply would probably get the job done, just might be a little flimsier once they get hot.
