Need help from someone in Jacksonville, FL... pleas!

This is the situation.. I've been looking for a Mazdaspeed 3 and think I've found one that I like. The only problem is i'm stationed in San Jose, Ca. and the car is in Jacksonville, FL. Of course, I want to get the car evaluated before I pay the transfer fee to have it shipped down here. I would much rather have a MS enthusiast evaluate the car for me and let me know if it would be a good buy or not. If ANYONE in the Jacksonville, Florida area can help me out and inspect the car for me I would be 100% thankful! I'd also be willing to do the same for anyone else out there if they are in a similar situation. Thanks!

Safe to say, it is the white pile of shit at Carmax, the leader in shit ass junk. JM1BK34L091244408 is the VIN, 48K mile 2009 MS3 that they expectd $19,000 (now $18,000) for. For starters, junkyard intake filter box. Still has yellow junkyard ID paint on it. They cheaped out, left the blue silicone coupler that connects to it. So basically, they tossed the MAF part of the SRI.

But the biggest issue, is the entire driver's side was repainted by some 16 year old kid with a rattle can and 100 grit paper. Did I mention it was shit? It is so fucked up, you cannot even see a reflection clearly of the parking lot stripe. In fact, I spotted 3 other cars on the lot in same condition when I checked it out for a local. The door handles have so much overspray, it sanded my fingerprints off. No lie.
