| Not Ranked : 0 score The key is cleaning the turbine shaft where the sealing ring seat. sometimes it is so well baked that it looks like real metal...and if the ring groove is worn out, you won't get good results. Look at your blades also, if it is damaged, just throw it to garbage...especialy the cold side. If you find a trick to open the cold side back plate that is silicone glued, let me know....i did succeeded but sometimes i break it in 2-3 parts.... VW also use k series so you shouldn't have problem to find videos.... at the end of the day, a complete assembled CHRA can be found for 250$, it is a better option than the time it takes to risk a 100$ rebuild kit in it. and any other turbo swap could be better than a k04....but our Mazda flange limit the options if you don't plan to change manifold and DP
