Does anyone know the horsepower with just and Cobb sri and exhaust I plan on redoing my exhaust with the cobb stage 2 package and internals?

It all depends on the tune but somewhere around 30-45 hp

im sitting at 280whp 343wtq with all bolt ons with KO4 and Cobb tune..

setting up the line for a BT though.. getting all the little things set up and bought then BT so i can just drop in.

you'll get close to that if by "redoing" your exhaust you mean the downpipe. the catback isn't going to really net you shit. but if you do an intake, tune, downpipe, and internals, you'll be sitting close to 280whp.

Yeah I have the Cobb SRI already and an aftermarket exhaust i didnt put on the car. It sounds great I just dont like not knowing what it is. I have looked for a brand stamp or anything on it. Just can't figure out what it is.

@Usafguy, that sucks you don't know what it is. i don't really have any ideas as to how to find that out either. i feel like it'll generally say somewhere what it is.

lets get this thread back on track. you'll need a lot more done to hit 400whp. if that isn't your goal, this is the wrong thread to be discussing it.

Everyone’s results are going to vary due to tunes, dyno’s, hard parts, motor health, weather, and elevation etc.
Now this can be accomplished on just the stock injectors and an upgraded high pressure fuel pump. You will be very close to maxing out anywhere from 390whp-410whp depending on the tune and fuel choice. Please don’t ask if you can use less than 91 octane, the answer is no. Let’s get on to the parts that make this possible! Remember when building a car to this level do it once correctly and you will never have to do it again so don’t skimp on anything! Lol

Hard Parts
• Intake (Big MAF recommended, but not necessary in some cases)
• Big turbo inlet pipe
• Intercooler (Front mount recommended but TMIC will be able to get you there)
• Downpipe ( 3”)
Catback Exhaust
• Bigger turbo (Choice of turbo varies on everyone’s desires of the drivability of the car)
• Colder spark plugs
• Motor mounts- You are definitely going to need a RMM but the PMM & TMM are something to seriously consider at this power level
• Injector Seals ( These are highly recommended but not necessary. The factory seals will wear over time so it’s better to upgrade before they go bad.)
• Manifold (Recommended but not needed, there are many stock manifold 400whp cars)
• Upgraded boost controller is highly recommended

Just FYI,

The stock CBE can support over 400whp (I am doing it); however, I have not measured my post turbine backpressure to see how much of a restriction it might be at this point (probably not trivial).

It wouldn't surprise me it if was costing me 10-20HP, but if cash is tight an upgraded CBE can wait.

Agreed. Real helpful @eric@edgeautosport. You guys keep posting things like this an my bank account keeps draining hahah. Looking forward to getting these numbers in the near future.

Side note. Some of these guys could prolly use a new tune. Some of those numbers seem low

would probably be fine removing mufflers and straight-piping it.

I'm considering doing that just to see if there's any real difference.
