Well ill be upgrading my turbo to corksport turbo and ive been searching to see what has been the experience when upgrading to cs cams taking into consideration turbo spool time. I’ve been researching and there is so many debate on this, some state that large profile duration cams affect spool time, others state it helps! so im looking for those of you who can share some light here whether when upgrading to cs turbo, doing cams will help in spool time directly or non-directly. Any thoughts or help will be appreciated.

I can't really offer much in the way of advice re: CS cams or the like, unfortunately. However, the CS turbo is pretty quick to spool and it'll be unlikely to be fully lit before about 3500rpm unless you figure out a way to augment the amount of air flowing through the engine at low RPMs. Basically, we're talking about adding a supercharger, or some other extra means of pumping air in there.

Anyway, I think you're probably going to end up spending way more money on cams than they're worth for the nominal amount of spool they will get you.

You might want to look into Meth or E85 if it's available in your area instead.
