Stock Internals
25psi + DO10 w/m nozzle running 50/50
AP Tune, in progress
385/370 Uncorrected & 369/357 SAE w/ 5 smoothing, ASL



Brief Vid of 2nd Dyno w/ Graphs:


Car was on the dyno w/ bad vvt, known leak, dirty crank sensor, and running rich as hell, lol. That will all be fixed next month, and the final tune will follow shortly. Plan on 400whp max... want to live within stock clutch limits for now.

Hey guys finally finished the speed3 went to this place in ct called the shop! A little pricey but so worth it ! I originally bought a kmd internals kit from street unit.com and when I got ther they told me they didn't wanna blow my engine so in exchange for my stock fuel pump they installed a CPE HPFP Got a gt28r71 with a ATP TIH ,Cobb CAI ,CPE HPFP, and Cobb AP... Turbo xs diverter valve and passenger and rear engine mounts are on the way I will post a dyno sheet soon max hp was 389 and tq was almost 450! They tuning animals up there !

I hope John isn't tuning your car.

He's a fool when it comes to Speeds.

With a freeflowing catless exhaust, you should be able to get 500whp on that setup if you can push timing; however, I believe you will likely find that 550whp will probably not be obtainable with the GTX3071.

582ft. using 91 as its the only thing withing 40km. I think 2 degrees advance over stock. I'm thinking I should go another stage colder on the plugs since I currently have 1 stage colder plugs as parts stores couldn't get anything else at the time. I don't know whats going on as I should be above 300awhp according to every other gt3071 dyno. any suggestions would be great.

If I remember correctly plug gap is at .026. No compression tester but the car has lots of power and doesn't burn a drop of anything, 78,000km. Car is healthy runs great. I'm thinking I'll try to swap out my SURE TMIC for a FMIC. Any suggestions on FMIC that don't cost a lot and don't require irreversible modification to the car? I'll try to find a log as the car is in storage due to winter and salt on the roads.

Under normal driving my bats are 70*. Under Wot the steadily increase to 175 at redline. I'm at a loss here. I'm opening a new thread so we don't continue to thread jack.

363whp/400wtrq CORRECTED* [363whp/370wtrq on dyno]
Gain of +70whp/+23wtrq @ peak or +23.9%whp/+6.6%wtrq**

Regarding gearing, dyno and corrections. MBNTO has reviewed the dyno plots done @ APH and he has discovered inconsistencies in the gearing ratio used for Gen2's on the dyno. I have corrected Adam's numbers with calculations below. As well, Brian's dyno, esp the front left module is still on the fritz and it's responsible for the dip @ 5000rpm and 5500rpm.

*Trq correction for gearing:
(Dyno Trq * Dyno Ratio) / (4th Gear Ratio * Final Drive)
= (370*4.625)/(1.02*4.19)
= 400

**Correction for previous peak trq of 348:
= (348*4.625)/(1.02*4.19)
= 377
Then, 400 - 377 = 23
