A speed 3 can hit 10s with 420whp.

a nice m/t slick out front, skinnies in the back, 2 step and one helluva driver to cut a 1.7-1.8 60'. it will do 10.50 to 10.99 @ low 120's.

No offense to cagey, cause i am rooting for him, but why would any insurance company want to insure the repairs on a car that is going for 3x more power than stock. I mean with that type of power, on uncharted territory, something is going to go wrong whether it be the first mile or 200 miles later. People with 300whp have been known to blow, much less 600. So I could get this special insurance on my car, put a 300 shot on it, and when i shoot a piston through my hood, just have to pay the repair deductible?

That problem could easily be tuned out with an AP using Gear specific load tables, with power once the "cap fix ATR" is released, then all should be good for AP power till the next road block.
