Really looking forward to the new site, been a bit of a PIA as current and when I try to check out with paypal without logging in it keeps saying session times out. I'll just wait till the new new is up and running.

Yeah I know the site is sucking right now and I ask for your patience. We plan to cut it over to the new site this weekend. It'll take a few days for us to clean up and remove the old site and then things should be back to normal.

We have also gotten away from paypal as our primary processor. Credit cards will be accepted directly on our site and should you choose to use paypal, I believe that option will still be available.

Hang in there with us please.

I will be doing that sir; being new to this forum but not being new to forums, I know when a company gets the kind of following you do that it is for good reason. I am planning on getting any and every part I can through your company, not only for the pricing but because of the interaction I have seen between you and the members here.

Does not seem that way to me. Merely a way to offer more options of payment for people who may not have a PayPal account. Thus, more potential customers. He said the option for PP should still be there.

There is nothing really wrong with PP. Many people don't have a PP account and when they leave our site and go to PP to pay they feel as if they need an account to finalize the purchase when they really just want to use their credit card. So this will help minimize some confusion.

There have also been a few instances where a dispute will arise and PayPal will always side with the customer even when they screwed up. This has cost us too much money and needs to be curbed.

For example....A customer wanted to return a trilogy package and we allowed them to even though we have an all sales final policy. Well he threw the mounts in a box loose with none of the packing material we shipped them to him in and never properly packed it. Well the mounts were destroy when they arrived back. We refused to issue a refund and refused to ship the mounts back at our expense. A dispute was filled and we of course lost. So we got stuck with a destroyed set of mounts because of some incompetent person. Hopefully that person is not reading this.

Moral of the story...all sales are final and now we have some say if and when a dispute is made.

Wow that's a dick move for sure - especially after you were kind enough to let him return those mounts. I never understood why it's so hard for some people to pack items, a little bubble wrap or foam goes a long way.

Yo, if you want and its for the MS6, I'll take the trilogy off your hands at a discount, so long as you throw 70 duro bushings on. I don't really care what they look like, there is no way the mounts themselves got damaged as beefy as those fuckers are. PM me.

We tossed them. They were so banged up and I was so pissed I chose to get them out of my sight before I kicked my dog.

On a side note...the new site is due to launch tonight and it is so much faster. I can't WAIT!!

The new site is not terribly different then the current one but once it's up we'll continue to improve it and make easier to navigate.

I'm going to echo my request for a model specific filter, so you can browse ALL parts for a specific model. Not the end of the world, but it's a nice feature. The new site looks great, much cleaner.

Love the new site. Love that my car is still first in the gallery after like a year still . Only vender decal on my car is jbr.. Once the engine is back in I'll send some new pictures. It'll be a beast pushing 500hp in the end. Let me know if you have anything to prototype.. Easier to install parts while the engine is out .
