COLD SIDE CHARGE PIPES

Details:
The JBR Cold Side Charge Pipe Kits for the Ford focus ST are constructed out of 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum. They ALL incorporate a 1/8" NPT bung for methanol injection and CNC machined flange for either a TIAL or HKS blow off valve. Whether you’re looking to lower charge temps, decrease knock and add timing through the use of meth injection, upgrading your turbo to one without in internal bypass valve or you just want that distinctive sound of a external blow off valve, we've designed kits that included everything to simply and easily get the job done.







The increased diameter and smoother radius tubing of the JBR kits allow for the cold air exiting the intercooler to make its way to the engine faster and more efficiently than the OEM piping.

Making the connections are our custom, 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers. These couplers will not expand under boost and are fuel and oil resistant. Keeping the couplers and piping firmly in place, we've included 19mm wide stainless T-bolt clamps.

The end results are a suite of kits that look, fit and most importantly...Perform!!

HOT SIDE CHARGE PIPES

Details:
The JBR Hot Side Charge Pipe Kit for the Ford focus ST is constructed out of 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum. We used up all the available space and created a hot side charge pipe that increases the diameter by 26% over the OEM. This translates into a significant increase in air flow to get that hot air exiting the turbo to the intercooler faster and cooled quicker.



Like our cold side kits, the connections made using our custom, 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers. These couplers will not expand under boost and are fuel and oil resistant. Keeping the couplers and piping firmly in place, we've included 19mm wide stainless T-bolt clamps.

I mean, based on your signature JBR offers a ton of modifications that you currently don't have. Start with the old before asking for the new .

Well my signature is a bit old... But I'm pretty much fully bolted besides this little k04

Still deciding on what to upgrade to... I've always like the gt28 series because turbo lag is upsetting on 30+

Did JBR ever put out that FMM? It wasn't cost effective? Haven't kept up on that...
