(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Amazing Customer Service From JBR Yet Again A brand new valve arrived in the mail on Thursday and I got it installed this past Sunday with no issues. I couldn't thank him enough for his amazing customer service. He could have just gave me a part number, or description and sent me off to the hardware store, but he went above and beyond and sent me a brand new one for no charge. That type of customer service is amazing and makes me proud to be rocking a JBR intake, mounts, OCC, EGR delete, bushings, and SSP. When I need suspension parts I will make sure it's JBR as well! JBR and King Scumbag like this. |
