Undercar Intercooler/IC piping

I know some of you guys had to of done this, but I my google-fu blows bigger dick than @Scribbles; and @Neverlift;

Anyone share their setup? What you bought? How big of a hassle? Any improvements other than the obvious visually appealing uncluttered engine bay.

I was just about to start this project myself.

My original plan was to mock up with PVC then order correct lengths in aluminum tubing and couplers.

I'll be interested to hear what others have done.

We are working on pricing now and will be doing a test run. We recently purchased a mandrel tubing bender to bring almost all of our manufacturing in house. We are working out the tooling setup and run costs to calculate the final cost. Of course the more interest we have in these, the more will make during a run and keep the costs low.

All of our testers over the years have absolutely loved our routing from the quicker spool time to the cleaner look. I'm sure with the addition of our stock turbo rotation kit, that this routing will be a big hit.

2.5" Piping.

Here is a pic of our Rotated Stock Turbo Kit being installed. (The kinked coolant line in the pic was pulled out of the way for the picture) This Kit really cleans up the engine bay!

Our kit includes wastegate actuator bracket, coolant fittings, coolant pipe support bracket, wastegate solenoid bracket and all necessary hoses.

We are working on instructions now and should be ready for release by mid January.

Those that just need the pipe and maybe a longer coupler can get this? I'm not on a k04 and my GTX housing is 2.5 inch outlet and no iwg to get in my way. Will this work for both gen speeds? @Matt@HTP;

i haven't had undertrays for almost 2 years now haha. Yes the routing is really simple and it works. Only think i would suggest is make sure the clamps are tight. I haven't had one pipe blow off running 30 psi. Because i tightened them right the first time.

Not at all on the back burner! We have had a few issues with our new mandrel bender that we are trying to get worked out. In our production meeting this morning we discussed the possibility of welding up the first batch, but that decision hasn't been set in stone yet.
