Revolution Performance Motorsports Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) was started by three Mazda 6 enthusiasts in early 2004 under a simple premise: to develop and manufacture new products for the Mazda 6 at an affordable price. We began to realize our purpose with the short throw shifter and gas hood lifter kits for that vehicle. Since then, we have added many new aftermarket products from well-known manufacturers and continue to expand to offer products for other vehicles with the goal of having the best prices and customer service on the 'net.

I got a price of 640 for Koni yellows for a speed3 but they sell yellows and h&r sport springs for 600 on tire rack.

Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything except that TireRack doesn't have any of those in stock. Our distributor told us part number 1140-1791 (the one you were looking at) was discontinued, so they may not even be able to get them. If you can get them at that price, you should, because we certainly can't!

Yellows are adjustable and more oriented for performance, while FSD are 'auto dampening' and are a mix of comfort and sport. So if you want a stiff performance ride sure get the yellows, but if you want something a bit more comfortable but still fairly sporty the FSD's.

That is just from what I have read, since im eyeing the FSD's myself.

Looks like 1140-2285 was discontinued, too, but it says it was replaced by 1145-1041, which goes for $822 during the sale.

I made a call to Koni this morning about this exact issue before I found this thread. Part number 1140-2285 with h&r springs was discontinued and Koni has 0 stock in the warehouse. So finding a new suspension setup for $602 shipped to your door is now a pipe dream. Luckily it was replaced with part number 1145-1041 now with eibach pro kits but there is still a catch. They have 0 of them in stock in the warehouse also and I was told they won't have any for another 4 weeks. This set goes for $767 to your door on tire rack. I am sure RPM would have no problem matching that.

i love my yellows on swifts! Thanks again guys
Found the sweet spot up front to be about two turns towards stiff, the rear I have yet to adjust.

Ordered some camber arms going to adjust the rear when I install those.
