Revolution Performance Motorsports Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) was started by three Mazda 6 enthusiasts in early 2004 under a simple premise: to develop and manufacture new products for the Mazda 6 at an affordable price. We began to realize our purpose with the short throw shifter and gas hood lifter kits for that vehicle. Since then, we have added many new aftermarket products from well-known manufacturers and continue to expand to offer products for other vehicles with the goal of having the best prices and customer service on the 'net.

Sounds like it'd make a great group buy. Maybe RPM can team up with JBR.

You should have bought it before upgrading your suspension, totally changes how this car handles. I would recommend JBR.

This. The roads are awful in that area but there is no reason the car should be in the air unless the driver is going way to fast for the roads.

You don't need an aftermarket RSB.... Honestly a RSB is just a "fine tuning" device, not a band-aid. Shocks and Springs are numero uno!

Ive had these on for about 2 weeks with no problems whatsoever. I picked dd/aggresive. I have a JBR rsb on as well. I'm really not sure how people are having the springs pop out at stock height (Would GC sell these with a problem like that). I rode stock height the first 2 days. After that I adjusted them and have about a 2ish-3 finger wheel gap now. Jacking up the car and adjusting them my spring came loose a bit but, not enough to even come close to coming off. I will go try it again and let y'all know. I came from cs springs and wow what a difference this set up makes. Sucks some of y'all are having these issues.

I got occasional autox/race. If I did my maths correctly I have about 1.2 inches from tire to fender. I only measured the distance from rim to fender and that was 13.5cm. I run 235/45r17's which the internet tells me have a 10.5cm sidewall.

I came from Swift springs and used my existing koni shocks. The ride is stiffer for sure but the car feels very stable. The ride only gets very bouncy on consecutive dips in the road. Quick bumps feel fine. The car felt a lot better at autox this past weekend and I still don't have everything aligned correctly, waiting on new tires for that (just ordered RS3 V2's today ).

GC is in touch with the owner bennyzoom to try to find out what happened. They did a lot of research when putting the kit together, so it doesn't seem like this is something that would be overlooked. Donovan from GC said he would make an account here to address any concerns, so you should see him here in the coming days.

yeah. After finally putting new endlinks on the front says (the M3 endlinks), I don't get the annoying rattle I had up front, but when I hit a nasty bump, the R front has a solid "CLUNK" that I can almost feel. No idea what it is. These suspension rattles/clunks didn't happen until I put the GC's on. Aftermarket front sway (whiteline). I've driven up on ramps and just can't tell what it may be. Kinda at my wit's end with it.

Are the M3 endlinks adjustable?

I believe they are just shorter. A lot of the guys that run MS/KW coils use them since the endlink bracket is lower on the strut.

I sent them to everyone. International orders will come to RPM first, though, so those will ship in a few days.

Anybody with the 525/600 springs have their setup dialed in?

I'm at a half turn stiffer from whatever they came from GC (both front and back) and it feels very good.

I have had an issue in the past of GC in the rear coming unseated when put on a lift. It is the one annoying thing about the kit is that if you don't pay attention when the shop puts your car on the ground sometimes the springs do not seat correctly. I am guessing but that is probably what happened is the springs did not seat correctly when the car was put on the ground. I have GC on my FIT for 7 years now and their is even more of drop with the rear suspension and the springs because of the way the fit is designed. I have never had a spring pop out but I have had to ask shops can you jack my car back up the rear springs did not seat correctly when you put the car down. I usually go and do it my self to make sure they have actually seated. Yes their are some horrible roads around here have gone through two sets of rims on that car because of the horrible roads and never had that issue. For the person that had that issue that is a truly horrible experience, and if that happened to me I would be very uncomfortable about the suspension. I am only sharing my experience with GC and insight for those with the kit as for something to watch out for.

I have this same setup but mine are not exactly dialed in. I havent adjusted them since they came from GC. My rear is a bit bouncy, the front feels good though

Anybody on less than 525/600 springs? I'm very happy with this kit but I've never owned this level of performance suspension. The kit feels well dampened but you can definitely feel every bump.

With the setup you have, you should be able to feel the road very well, but everything should still be properly damped. Welcome to the world of performance suspension!

Also, in order to completely eliminate the possibility of an unseated spring, GC has made new spring cups for the rear adjuster that will ensure that it's impossible to happen.

They will be sending these to every customer who has purchased a kit.

Awesome. Thanks @RPM;

And my only issue might be with large bumps / dips in the road. Though I think there's only so much you can do with stiff springs. Anyone else care to chime in?

They're in production and they'll be automatically shipped out when they're done. I believe they should start shipping next week.

Correction, direct from GC: "We will be sending these out in a couple of weeks when they come in from our machine shop."

If I get the corksport camber plates would I still need to use the stock top hats from the car?

I called ground control today about camber plates. They said they will be released soon but would not give me anymore details. If anyone is looking I would hold off as I'd assume their plates are going to be pretty great.

Just wanted to say thanks to RPM and ground control.

Got and installed my kit and I really enjoy them. Can't wait until my ride height and shocks are adjusted to my liking

Damn it, they always say soon. A local has a set of CS plates he is offering me at a good price but I've been trying to hold out for these.

Buy 'em! unless the GC will allow you to adjust caster as well. You already know what I think though haha.
