We can't really do a "one price fits all" for stuff shipped to Canada. Available options, and cost, vary by location.

To ship to your location however, it would cost ~$158 via USPS Express.

That's still a great price. Another question I hope you can answer. Will a corksport turbo inlet fit the BNR or would I need to also upgrade that as well.. I would want to get everything out of the way at once.

Im pretty sure the CS TIP is 60mm (2.35 ish inches). So I would think that it should be possible to stretch over the BNR's inlet (2.5"). However, caveat emptor comes into play here. I have never tried it personally, so I cant guarantee it to you. It definitely seems doable though.

All that being said, it's probably a less than ideal situation. If the budget allows, I would make the jump to a one-piece 3" intake system.

The short answer is yes, it will fit. It's a helluva struggle but I've seen it done, and also wrangled the JBR stock sized silicone onto mine. The better answer though is you'll likely run out of MAF volts with too small of an ID, and should go with a 3" or larger.

So I recently ordered this from you guys and to my dismay for not doing more research found that I need to replace my crap stock TIP. What are you suggestions I got this as the stock ko4 is burning about 1qt 2-3 days now. I also have a Cobb short ram CAI and was told ill have to replace that as well?

You'll want to have at least and AP, internals, 3" intake (or some way of mating up to the 2.5" inlet on the bnr), and a solid tune.

In addition, an aftermarket EBCS and a 3 bar map sensor with PNP harness is also strongly recommended.

Pat I have all that you mentioned but after a quick bit of research I am going with the htp 3.5 full intake. I have this deal coming from rpm with the fuel internals. I DO have an ap running a 91 map. And yes it IS the turbo I have talked to quite a few other with ko4's worse then that. I could should you pictures of the blow by I'm getting not good at all.

But you will want to get in touch with one of the e tuners on here (I recommend freektune since you are so close). An ots map WILL NOT work for the s3.

absolutely. I am new to turbo cars but I know this is a massive upgrade that an OTS will not handle. I was thinking him or purple drank

Many miles on your motor? May still be good to do a compression test to know where you're starting with the new turbo.

111k currently. Ill doubble check it but the amount of oil on the turbo - intercooler connection and inside my throttle body is a bit of a sign the seal are more or less non existent. When I start hitting 10psi plus it spews blue clouds and my rear 02 failed. It is parked for now dont need my cat to light on fire

I just went through all the orders and we have something like 18 people in line. Hopefully we can get a few extras from BNR so that we can actually have some on hand for a little while.

@Mandinca; Had a problem very similar to yours. We took a very similar course of action with his car when trying to fix the issue. Replaced the turbo, pcv valve, all that jazz. In the end we just put a new engine in his car lol. I know that probably isn't what you want to hear.

If I were to buy this and ship to another state could I avoid the taxes lol?

Might be worth getting with an OK Nator member and having it all sent there and picking it up to save on that roughly $100 in taxes.

As long as the shipping address isn't in Texas you wont be charged tax.

Pat I was curious if you know anything about my motor mounts? My order # is 138292. The bnr I know is on backorder. The rest has been sent out. I havnt seen anything on the two shipping invoices I have received about the mounts.

As far as I know, all of the orders that were placed in December still have yet to ship.

I havnt yet BUT my hpfp map sensor and pnp harness and my cobb ebcs should arrive today via fed ex. Only reason why I was curious about the motor mounts. No big rush on anything planned on doing one big tear down so cant do anything till the bnr ships anyways.

Both. I responded to the email I got of my partially shipped items since it said to reply to that if I had questions.

Just realized I got a response on the support ticket (didn't get an email there was a reply, sorry) yesterday that it's suppose to be shipped today now instead the last Monday I was told originally. But no word for today so I'll go ahead and communicate back through the ticket.
