ATP Turbo Bolt On Turbochargers Options For Your Mazdaspeed 3  GT3071R bolt on turbo kit for Mazdaspeed3 Garrett GT3071R turbo with ATP proprietary exhaust housing and internal wastegate all ready to bolt up to Mazdaspeed3 exhaust manifold and downpipe. Includes all coolant and oil connections to connect turbo to factory lines. Turbo is efficient up to 22 psi on the MS3 2.3L turbo engine and can produce 450 crank HP as configured with supporting mods and proper tuning. The GT3071R is absolutely the best spooling turbo on the market capable of making 450HP. Highly recommended for a very broad powerband with a lot of "area under the curve". Other Bolt on turbos Include the GT2871R, GT3076R, GT35R - Contact us to find the right upgrade for your needs! 3" Inlet Pipe Kit for Mazdaspeed3    The ATP replacement piece which was built to handle the flow requirements of the big Garrett turbo upgrade, is built out nice aluminum casting (Internal and external of inlet tube is tumble polished for maximum flow), formed with smooth transitions to integrate a more desirable flowpath and accomodates much more volume because it’s all 3” throughout. The unit can also be ordered with the proper transition coupler to fit the stock turbo and unleash more power from it. Includes all parts from turbo inlet to your "intake". Specify Garrett 4" inlet or stock turbo 2" inlet. Specify color: black, red, or blue silicone connectors.  ATP Bolt-On FMIC Kit (GARRETT CORE) - Mazdaspeed3 No cutting is required for installation.    ATP's FMIC kit for the Mazdaspeed3 features mandrel bent high polished aluminum pipingwork, Garrett GT high density bar and plate intercooler core capable of supporting over 400HP, multi-layer silicone turbo connectors (color of choice), and stainless T-bolt clamps. Stainless mounting brackets and hardware included. Flanged for HKS BOV (can can be changed to another upon request). Power gains are huge on both stock turbo and upgraded turbo setups. Drastic drop in intake temperature relieves the engine of constant heatsoaking condition that robs the Speed of its power. By lowering the peak operating charge temp by over 30 degrees, this intercooler upgrade kit allows the Speed engine to operate at full power freely and consistently without holding back when the engine gets warm. The reduction in charge temp also reduces the changes of engine knock. The Garrett GT core also removes a flow-through bottleneck that is inherent in the factory top-mounted intercooler which hinders peak HP. This FMIC upgrade is one of the simplest ways to increase both HP and reliabilty on the Speed3 engine. **Note: Optional taller 600HP Garrett interooler available for an upcharge, but does require cutting of bumper support area to clear. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score ATP Turbo 3" Stainless Steel High Flow V-Band Downpipe (Catless) - MazdaSpeed6 This high quality downpipe comes with the added benefit of a Vband disconnect at turbo for modular use and future expansion. ATP does include the v-band module for use with your stock turbo. Downpipe is fully compatible with ATP/Garrett ball bearing turbo upgrades. Direct bolt up to stock exhaust 2 bolt flange on the rear. Unit also has extra 02 bung for wideband tuning and plug included. This downpipe uses CNC machined flanges, 304 stainless tubing, and TIG welded construction to ensure a longevity. Even on the stock turbo, this free flowing downpipe will make as much as 50 ft/lb of torque on the bottom end and a lot of HP depending on the amount of boost you run. Note: Currently in testing - Plug in module to avoid CEL on cat delete application High Flow Intake Extension + MAF Housing And Filter Kit - Mazdaspeed3 High flow inlet extension including 3" billet aluminum MAF housing, 3" inlet elbow, and 3" open element filter. Bolts onto our 3" inlet pipe kit to complete a true high flow 3" intake tract. Deletes the restrictive factory airbox and clears the area inside the driver side fender and headlight area to run FMIC pipes in and out. Specify color: black, red, or blue silicone connectors Boost Cut Killer Module - MS3/MS6/CX7 Boost-Cut Killer module for Mazdaspeed6 /mazdaspeed3/CX7 2.3L Turbo engine. Eliminates the ECU induced "boost-cut" condition when boost on the engine is raised beyond factory stock settings. The module has been designed to bolt on, inline with the factory MAP sensor using the simple hardware provided. No other changes or tweaks are necessary. Works well with both stock turbo with bolt-ons and big upgraded turbo setups. CAUTION: While we have found that this device works very well with the stock fuel system to retain good air/fuel ratios when boost levels are raised, the factory fuel system does have a limit and can only support so much boost/HP. The peak boost cut limit is almost completely removed with this modification so there will be no safeguard against overboost. You must closely monitor your air/fuel ratio and boost levels upon installation of this device to ensure that you are operating the engine in the safe running zone.
