Default HPFP o-ring rebuild kit

So, i was getting together the info to buy all 6 o-rings that go in our HPFP and noticed that there is not a kit available. Oem o-rings from mazda cost $8 a piece and up. Since most places only sell in quantities , i have ordered enough o-rings to make 50 complete HPFP rebuild kits. I have chosen Multipurpose Buna-N as it methanol and ethanol safe. Specifications below.

Each o-ring will be packaged separately in a labeled bag. A printed document providing what each o-ring goes to in HPFP and specifications below will be provided. Everything should be here in a few days, and i will start putting them together. I will then provide proper signage and such. I am not actually selling anything right now until i post signage with pics of product.
Just gauging interest, I was thinking $25 a kit shipped.

Temperature Range -20° to 250° F
Color Black
RoHS Compliant

All O-rings meet ASTM D2000.

Oil-Resistant Buna-N—The most widely used O-ring material, Buna-N also resists grease, hydraulic fluids, and abrasion. They meet SAE J200. Temperature range is -20° to 250° F. Durometer is A70 (medium). Color is black.

What all comes with the kit? I'm familiar with the o-ring, but I'm wondering what all you're putting together. When I did mine, all it took was the ring itself.

The kit would consist of all 6 of the o-rings that are needed in your HPFP, better quality upgraded o-rings (withstands more chemicals than oem)

1x HPFP housing o-ring
1x Piston housing o-ring
1x Internal piston housing (double seal "x-ring") o-ring
1x Spill valve o-ring
1x inlet/bypass tube assembly o-ring
1x diaphragm cover o-ring

Not sure what shipping would cost to Romania, but being so light and can fit in an envelope...should not be much

$25 shipped. depending on demand, that price could go down. If i can find a metric o-ring that will fit the MAF sensor from the same supplier, i will be trying to include one of those in the kit as well.

What is the elastomer of the stock ones? I would assume also Buna-N. its very common.

I am not sure what stock is, i can't find any info pertaining to it's elastomer. Being that out cars were never made to run Meth or E, they could very well be Viton seals. Keep in mind that while the Buna-N has it's advantages, my main selling point was the cost. OEM 0-rings cost anywhere from $8-$22 a piece.

I know most people only need to replace one seal/o-ring, but if you are in there replacing one..would you not rather have peace of mind knowing all your seals/o-rings are good and fresh...at a low cost?

I get my MAF and other o-rings from McMaster Carr. I imagine they'd have the sizes for this hpfp rebuild kit as well.

I dont have the MAF size on hand at the moment, but can post up later if need be.

exactly where i'm getting them! unfortunately i need to find some with a 2.8mm thickness, but are only offered in increments of .5mm

Found out today what a pain in the ass the 4x security bolts are for the diaphragm cover and inlet tube assembly. I have the special bits for removing them, but still ended up stripping 2 of the heads. With that being said, I have ordered some stainless steel allen key screws. If they work well, i will be inluding 4x in the kit.

Is it common enough for you to need to change these o rings? Have there been issues in the past with the o rings failing and letting oil into the fuel pump and into the motor?

To my knowledge it's not too common, but I believe it depends on how you install your internals. Don't douse yours in brake cleaner.

Finally got all the proper fitting o-rings and screws in. Here is a pic of what the kit will look like so far. I will be installing and testing this spare test pump on my car before i offer these for sale. I will be adding a UV fuel additive and , take it for a hard run (while monitoring fuel pressure, and inspect the pump with a UV light for any leaks.

Nice kit. Some might say it pointless, but this just gives you peace of mind everything has been serviced and freshened up.

It may have been said before but what's the final price of the kit with the screws. And what's the info needed so we can order this?

Couple questions though.
Why Buna-N and not Viton?
Viton has a temperature rating up 400f while Buna-n is 250? And the durometer is a little more for viton.

Just curious, hate to throw a monkey wrench in, but the list does not show Gasoline to be compatible. I haven't pulled apart an HPFP, yet, but I would think that Gas would make contact with the O-rings. Gas is probably one of the worst chemicals when it comes to contact with rubber type components. Just making sure that base was covered before you started sending these out to everyone. I really hope it works. I just didn't see anything that reassured me.

ok gents or ladies, it's been a while....but i'm now done with school and have some spare time between odd hours at work to get other shit done. Here is the kit i've been sitting on for a little while now. I saw that somebody had tried to take my idea the other day on FB, but with a far lesser half assed attitude....so i figured i should get this shit done. I have already posted on a few mazdaspeed sites. I have 24 kits with new hex head screws ready to ship out for $30 shipped, $25 local pickup. I have another 20 or so kits without replacement screws (for the time being) ready to ship out for $25 shipped or $20 local pickup. I will be adding replacement screws to the rest of the kits very soon, so if you just want to save $5 because you're a cheap piece of shit....better get a kit soon.
I took a lot of time making sure that the o-rings sizes i chose fit correctly for the application. All o-rings are Buna-n (methanol and ethanol safe) Superior to the standard Viton o-rings.

Might want to update the OP with the version that includes the Allen bolts for those interested. I saw your posts on FB and will definitely be grabbing a set but I'm pulling my longblock right now so I have no use until it's time to go back together and hopefully you're still selling at that time.

Before using this kit my HPFP Act. would be between 1700 and 1830ish. Now I'm hitting 1650-1810 area. Is this concerning? I know you should be above 1600, but I lost some PSI after changing the O-rings. I also just checked and my oil is above the "max" by a bit and I know last time I changed my oil it was just under the max. My catch can also fills quite fast, every 400 miles of a beer colored liquid that smells like gas.

Edit: And in no way am I blaming you, I appreciate your work making these kits, just wondering if you experienced this? Or maybe I did something wrong.

I did not experience any of those issues with mine. Did you lightly lube the o-rings when installing to get a good seal?

I lubed them all with a little petroleum jelly.
