Default P0421 CEL

I have been recently getting a P0421 code and am looking for idea what it could possibly be? I have the stock DP with a Race pipe so i'm confused. It did start getting cold around here so can that cause this CEL? I doubt it is my Cat or the O2 sensor but let me know what you think.

Opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

I have been getting the same Code for the past week or so I've reset everything twice (dissconnected the bat) but still coming back... after a quick google search I've found it could be O2, Cat, or possible a fouled spark plug??? not sure where to go from here any help is appreciated

After a little more research I think this code is a combination of the cold weather and having racepipe. The racepipe makes the temperature distribution during CAT warm-up between the two O2 sensors closer to each other than the allowed stock threshhold, therefore popping this code. The ECU likes the sensors to have completely different readings which shows it that the CAT is working. I never had an issue during the summer.

Well that kinda makes sence to me... not stressing it thats for sure. I put my car up on a lift couple of days ago and It seemed that the slight jaring of the car from driving it up onto the lift ramps wiggled moved shifted idk but as soon as I drove it on the lift the CEL went off and 250 miles later hasnt came back on..... wierd car

Driving it up on a lift isn't what did it. If the fault tht caused the code isn't present for a while it resets it self. Pretty cool coincidence though.
