Default oil in engine bay after pump internals install

installed kmd internals this weekend and now theres oil in my engine bay. looks like its coming from somewhere near the fuel pump. any ideas???

It looked perfect when I pulled the pump out but idk I guess i'm just gonna have to pulll it off again and check everything...
