Question busted rear motor mount??????

I just purchased a used 2003.5 and love it, I have noticed that the shifter seemed to raise and lower when I shifted gears. I jacked the car up and investigated I found that the rear motor mount were it affixes to the motor was missing. Upon further looking I noticed that the previous owner had some tranny work done and when re-installing the motormount he screwed the lower bot in an snpped the aluminum housing exposing half of the inner threads. My question now is how do I fix the aluminum and what size bolt woud be missing? Thanks
