Default Super conservative tune for stock HPFP

My turbo is leaking about as fast as I can dump oil in. I'm looking either at the BNR S1 or Corksport turbo. With all the studs and miscellaneous stuff there is a minimal price difference. I would prefer the corksport turbo however I never had my HPFP done, and would not be able to for a few weeks after the install, would it be safe for me to just get a custom E-tune and drive it without upgraded internals?

You need the hpfp before any tune. Just disconnect the ebcs and run spring pressure on the new turbo until you can afford the hpfp and tune...

When I say conservative tune, I mean essentially de-tuning the car. Running considerably less than stock boost.

That can be accomplished without wasting money on a temp tune. Use that money on the hpfp..

No you cannot, just get your turbo rebuilt if the wheels haven't touched the housing yet

BNR Stage 1 replicates stock K04 flow and spool. Identical performance on stock tune. It uses a Garrett 28 series CHRA inside a modified K04 housing. Stock performance with no more "smoking turbo" concerns.

Compatible with all stock bolt ons and K04 tunes.
