i think they can take them to small claims court, i've seen some court trials with out of state buyers/sellers. They were from ebay scams and stupid craigslist scams, but eventually they did meet in a court room.

Medieval was horrible on Mazda6Club as well, and that is why they'll never, ever, ever be a sponsor on 6Crew. Medieval and Accolade are the two worst vendors Mazda6Club has ever had.

Autoforums owns Mazda6Club and cares more about the bottom line than the members. That's why we started 6Crew, which is bleeding M6C dry because it's ran and owned by members.

Just talked to Mike at Medieval. He is going to build me a new manifold and send it. At the point I receive the new manifold I will send the old manifold back. If there are any issues with the new manifold, I will get a refund and then send it back. He said he would provide me with updates on my manifolds status frequently.

I told him that msp6cop was trying to get a hold of him. He said that msp6cop would be getting a replacement. I told him msp6cop was under the impression he was getting a refund.

He said if he doesn't respond to emails to keep sending them (he is responding to my emails now.) I would suggest sending the same email every 30 minutes until you get a response.

I know most will say I need to get a refund, but at this point if I can get a manifold of good quality that fits on the car properly I will be happy. If not he has said he will refund me. I will take that for what it is right now.

Well, Mike still has failed to get a hold of me and Scatt Nasty's request has not been acknowledged. I cannot allow this type of activity to continue. He has until 5:00PM, PST to get a hold of me, or they will be forever removed from this site.

I told him 3 times I wanted a refund, but he keeps asking me to send the manifold back so he can resurface it.
He then explained to me that they aren't able to issue refunds because the manifold is a made to order part, something that would have been nice to know when I bought it.
He doesn't have to get back with me Haltech, my credit card company is taking care of it.
I have to ship him back the manifold, and put my shipping proof in the mail to my CC company.
He then has 30 days to refund me or else they will do it for him.

Well randy don't feel to bad as I have experienced this not fitting more than just with your car. Just think of all the hours that i have put in messing with this thing myself?? Not out of the money that you guys have put in but i would rather have my time back for all the labor i have put into making them work when they didn't or at least trying...

so no, i haven't asked why he hasn't been to msf. he has a rep that's supposed to see this kind of shit and alert him, not me. BUT, since the rep doesn't really show his face that often, i take it upon myself to email dude.

ive said in the past and i'll say it again. if that fucking manifold had fit the first time... i honestly believe my motor would still be running.

it took so much out of you and scotty and everybody involved to force that thing in.... the first time AND the second. between the days we spent over it fixing shit to the fabrication of the screamer pipe that didnt fit...

by the time we actually got to the rest of the build it was rushed and we were burnt to a crisp. the mistakes that were made just wouldnt have been as likely if we hadnt been trying to finish a project in 1 am after days and days of a bolt on project gone wrong.

i hate even thinking about it in retrospect. imagine if id just popped the dnp in there from day one. we may not have made the same power.... but my car might still be alive too.

Yeah he did this same shit to me. I have emails showing that he understood he was to send me a refund. I have both the ones he's sent and the ones I sent. I swear to god if he sends me a fucking manifold I'll go ballistic. What the fuck is wrong with these people???

Is he just blowing smoke up your ass because I don't understand how "resurfacing" the manifold is going to make it fit? Resurface what? All these ATP turbos that bolt right up to stock, DNP, PG, and steed manifolds without "resurfacing" that's the stupidest thing I have heard. If he wants to make this manifold fit repeatedly then spend all this extra money that he is taking from people to build a jig that will prevent it from distorting from the heat generated by welding.

The only reason it was damaged is because it was made 100% wrong. You wouldn't be able to re sell that if you tried. You need to come to some sort of agreement with me on this. These are all excuses. If you're willing to send me a whole new manifold, you are willing to give me my money back. I bent that runner because it was made WRONG. If you want to repair it that bad all you'd have to do is cut a section of that first runner off, then put a new one on. You're telling me that costs $250?????? I'm telling you that I have a manifold and don't want another poorly made piece of crap that will ruin my car. it's definitely bull but in this case, he's talking about milling or resurfacing the mani to head flange so that it sits flush with the head.

Well anyone concerned with their business would be in contact with a very active, site owner over this whole fiasco.

This site is community ran and community funded, so make damn sure you vendors understand this.

At this time, im going to go ahead and remove them from the site. I dont need upset users, i dont need to have MSF tolerate this kind of antic. In todays economy, you either make a legit product or go the fuck home. Ive been watching several things unfold.. The mounts, the bars and now these manifolds.

As an enthusiast i wouldnt do business with a vendor who does not come off legit. When you cant refund someones money, we know you are living by scraps.

If someone told me they were going to resurface my manifold to make it fit, i would give you the finger. Ive had many pairs of headers, go from the box, to the coaters and not "warp". So this brings us to this point.. if you use shitty materials, you produce a shitty part.

You can jethot coat a pile of shit. It sure as hell will look nice, but in the end... its still shit.

I'll try and piece all the emails tomorrow when I'm not at work, there's over 60 now in my mailbox saved. He's now saying he'll send me $217 as a refund hahahahahahahahah...AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA. I like all the support here guys and thanks to haltech for at least pulling all their advertisements off the site.

Medieval told me that my manifold was the 2nd manifold not fitting right (the prototype being the first). I told him to check all the forums and he said THAT THEY DON'T CHECK THE FORUMS TO AVOID RUMORS.

OH FUCKING PLEEEEEEASE.
