Adjusting WG spring preload on turbo?

Is it possible to adjust the wastegate spring preload while still in the car? i dont feel like taking my turbo out again to adjust the preload.
Reason why is that I'm thinking it may be the root cause of not being able to stay at 23PSI. Currently, I hit that target and by redline it tapers off to about 20.5PSI
WG spring is 14psi


using an ATP 3071R.

Alternately, this may be fixed by going EBCS too.... But I like the quick and easy setup of my MBC. :\

nigga didn't I tell you how to do this?

remove clip holding actuator onto turbo. use wrench to tighten actuator arm a few turns. Replace actuator onto turbo, replace clip.

no, that was kenny and john. I think they're right, in which case, just go EWG with a bigger turbo.

They're pretty small, but I've tried working on the car from under and its extremely cramped, I'd rather keep cutting my hands and straining the hell out of my back.
