2009 Mazdaspeed Turbo problem

Have a problem that maybe some of you have come across. I bought a used 09 Mazdaspeed3 with Air Intake, Intercooler and Exhaust back in 2011. Everything else is stock but the aforementioned. I noticed smoke from the exhaust while the car was idling, stop light. I took it to the dealership and Mazda will not replace the turbo because of the mods the car has (Air intake, Intercooler and exhaust). An extended warranty was purchased at the time the car was purchased and according to the service manager, the extended warranty said the same thing. With no money to buy a new turbo, I am trying to now figure out, first of all, if anyone else has gone through this and what did they do, besides buy a new turbo. Second, is the Air Intake, Intercooler and Exhaust considered modifications that will damage the turbo? I need help. No money for a new turbo and stuck with this "good for nothing" extended warranty. Any help will be appreciated.

ok...so...first off google search "smoking turbo mazdaspeed fix"

-Figure out if the "exhaust" includes the downpipe, if so theres your problem
-You can try switching to 5w40 oil
-Raise your idle to 1000 using the COBB AP
-If your mazda dealership is giving you problems, you can always try calling mazda canada, or USA in your case
-And prepare to get flammed
