| Not Ranked : 0 score You have either a bad boost control solenoid, or a wastegate actuator problem. If you look @ the logs, your car is running 0 wgdc for some reason. Edit: Actually I cannot tell from your logs that the above is your problem for sure. (I looked @ it too quickly the first time) Most of your log is not WOT operation. Can you catch a log from 2500 rpm - redline? As Sofaking said, reset the default logging parameters on your AP when you get a chance, and hit us with that log. |

Your log shows NOTHING useful. If you're doing a MAF calibration log, you should be using low throttle, basically staying out of boost and running from about 3k RPM to redline. If you're doing a WOT log, you actually have to log from about 3k RPM to redline while you've got the pedal to the floor. The log you gave us shows nothing of the sort. The only thing I can say conclusively is that your MAF is not calibrated well, as you're definitely not within (abs)2 of 0 for your LTFTs.

| OK...so here's my own experience with the latest (Boost-tuning) OTS maps from Cobb. I should preface this by saying that my car is a 2006 MS6. Because they were the newest thing from Cobb, I downloaded and installed a Boost-Tuning OTS map when Cobb made them available. I noticed that I was hitting lower boost than stock levels and that the car felt significantly down on power relative to my previous Load-Tuning map. I fiddled with everything from load targets to boost targets to WGDC to Ignition and even dabbled a little in VVT. No matter what I did (granted, I was making small adjustments), I couldn't get back to the 17.5-18psi of boost that I'd been running on my previous Load-map, and the car was noticeably more sluggish (VD said I'd lost about 30hp and 40tq on the Boost map). On the Boost map, I was only hitting about 13.5-14.5psi, and was unable to do any better despite the map's target of 17.5psi. I switched back, revised my most recent Load map with some things that I'd learned, and the car is back to its old self...but even faster (tweaked a few things).

| Not Ranked : 0 score Looks like you can't pass 14 psi. That is the wastegate spring pressure. Might be your solenoid or your wastegate that is messed up.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Are you on the stock turbo? Your MAF is reading very high for a stock turbo and 13psi. The high reading of the MAF means your calculated load is high - so the ECU is running all the boost it needs to hit those load targets. I am suspecting a leak between the turbo outlet and the motor. The turbo is pulling the air through the MAF causing it to read high but the boost pressure is lost before it gets to the manifold. If you are on a larger turbo then indeed you might be flowing that much air in which case you have to target higher load values to increase boost.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So i ran another boot leak test since lex suspected i had another leak after the TIP. Which he was correct. However im still stuck at 12psi. So i finally got a chance to load up my old map "load base tuning" and now 16-17 psi boost. WTF is going on why is that? I tried different new boost base tuning maps and they all get me stuck at about 12-13 psi.
