(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So I just had a new OEM clutch and Fidanza lightweight fly wheel put in my 2006 MS6. So I picked the car up and one of the first things I noticed was the clutch is now super light/soft compared to before. Is this normal? Corey

| Not Ranked : 0 score Try bleeding the slave cylinder. Make sure you don't have any air in the lines. Or you could try replacing the slave cylinder.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Only thing is that its easy to shift gears and it does not feel spongy. Its just not as stiff as my old clutch. I was wondering if it could be I had a version 1 clutch since mine was an early 06 and now I have a later version. Especially since Mazda reworked the clutch and issued a TSB due to clutch engagement point and pressure profile. Here is the TSB I am referring to: TSB: 05-003/07

| Not Ranked : 0 score Reading the TSB it sounds like they revised the pressure plate. If you did have the original design then it's likely the new pressure plate that is giving you a softer pedal feel.
