Default First Ecoboost to 600WHP!!!

Did some more pulls tonight, we opened the cutout and picked up 37HP and 50TQ at the wheels.
We have some more custom tuning to do but I'm very pleased with the results

Just one thing, I thought torque = HP at 5252 rpm, those lines intersect at 5500rpm :/

2011 Ford Flex
The motor is STOCK internals.
The car has the following mods:
Dual in tank fuel pumps
6 auxiliary injectors
Split-Sec aux injector controller
Car runs on straight E85 - 23 degrees of timing.
PPE Engineering 2.5" catted downpipes with stock cat-back and sound performance racing cutout.
Custom turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body piping with silicone tubes to replace factory plastic/rubber parts. Replaced factory electric BoV with Tial BoV.
First night
First pull 505HP/515TQ 15PSI - using stock ECU for boost control
Second pull 563HP/598TQ 23PSI - removed connection to factory boost controller, turbos running on wastegate spring
Next night
Third pull 587HP/642TQ 25PSI - same as second pull - allowed the boost activated cutout to open
Fourth pull 592HP/630TQ 25PSI - same as third pull - disconnected piping to filter in the fender
Fifth pull - not on video 600HP/642TQ - Cutout open, car had sat as we were uploading files to ECU - car was running cold air intake

We haven't tuned the car yet, this is a tune from Torrie at Unleashed from months ago on my old compressor wheel upgraded turbos with E85. We're just adding fuel via aux contr

Very impressive numbers and nice looking Flex! However the boost controller can only raise boost ABOVE spring pressure. It's can't drop it below spring pressure.

Well then somehow the car manages to limit itself to 15 PSI via throttle manipulation, timing etc. It's CRAZY smart.
We're working on getting the ECU to play nice with the turbos.

We used to say the same about the MS3 . With time it will all be uncovered since the EB motor is going to carry a lot of performance cars including the Mustang. Ford is playing nice with COBB and SCT etc. to make sure they can control the ECU.

Pretty impressive 600hp. I thought seen this FLEX on youtube running e85 and shooting NOS that must of been before the PI setup.

The motors are quite stout it seems and well designed. We are starting to get involved with the EB motors.

How is the transmission holding up? Any mods?

BTW... I noticed the other day how cheap ecoboost Lincoln MKS's are getting, this would be a good way to make them not suck.

Yes it does and yes they are, lol. The head ports are also small. Its how they manage to make such a broad torque curve. Certainly a lot of velocity but not much flow.

I have another motor coming so that I can work on the following projects:
New exhaust manifolds
Intake spacer for aux fuel injection instead of welding factory manifold
port and polish heads
forged bottom end
custom cams
I think I can get this thing to breathe after some work.

I'm surprised we're seeing this out of a Flex before a Taurus SHO simply because I would figure more tuners would gravitate towards the SHO.
